Adam is a Holistic Healing Practitioner, Colon Hydrotherapist & Fasting Consultant. In his early 20's, Adam travelled the world on a quest to find meaningful work. He trained in B12 therapy, gravity colon therapy and went on to develop wellness clinics across Asia.

In 2017, Adam co-founded a global fasting community where he facilitated monthly online retreats alongside Dr Andréa Paige. Through his work Adam specialises in helping you reconnect to your body and achieve your full health potential. 

Having healed himself from low energy and addictive behaviours, his sessions enable you to live life with maximum vitality. He honours his mum’s experience with disease, using his work to offer an alternative to conventional methods.

Now based between Glastonbury and London, Adam looks forward to helping you achieve your health goals.
